Sweet Harvest Strawberry Shortcake

Ingredients:

• Strawberries
• Berry Bash Strawberry Sugar
• Whip cream
• Sweet Harvest Cornbread Mix
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • Optional: honey or maple syrup

Directions:

1. Cut up strawberries. Add to a bowl, sprinkle with Berry Bash Strawberry Sugar and toss/stir to coat. Refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Prepare cornbread according to package directions.
3. Cut cornbread into squares.
4. Top each piece with the fresh strawberry mixture and whip cream. Serve immediately and enjoy!
