Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at boncustomerservice@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will gladly send a replacement or offer a store credit.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for health and safety reasons. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to resolve it.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we begin processing your order and cannot guarantee changes.
