Florida Cottage Food Law Notice

Black Oak Naturals currently operates under Florida’s cottage food law, which allows us to prepare and package our small batch products in our home kitchen.

All items are crafted with care and in compliance with state guidelines and each product is prepackaged, labeled and stored according to state requirements. Cottage food products must only be sold directly to consumers within the state of Florida and cannot be shipped across state lines.

We are so grateful for the opportunity this law gives us to share our seasonings, mixes and skin care essentials with our community.

Looking ahead, we have exciting plans for 2026 to hopefully expand into a fully licensed commercial facility allowing us to broaden our reach, grow our offerings and transition away from cottage food labeling.
